Amazing location and lovely views of the sea. Great facilities at the property. Everything you need.

I wasn’t told there would be scaffolding up in front of the window so the view was slight obscured but no one’s fault, I understand it was out of season

Great location. Easy to walk into town. Nice & quiet. Secure & safe. And the housemaid's were very friendly and helpful with my queries :) Very happy. Would use again. Thank you :))

Excellent location. Comfy bed.

Limited parking on streets but always an issue in Penzance. Reception on TV poor. Venetian blind not working properly on large window - one drawcord was already snapped.

Location was perfect Good wifi

Pillows flat Toilet roll holder loose and toilet roll kept falling off Fridge not keeping milk chilled and no instructions with it. Marks on the wall

Everything else, apart from shower hot & cold. Bed very comfortable, room very nice, great facilities & location!

Shower was either freezing or burning hot, therefore tricky to take a nice shower.
