there was water on the floor from the fringe, and have been closed no ventilation, no Air con only one toilet roll for the weekend , no cleaning on weekends

Lovely location. Quaint rooms. Lost water pressure on the last day so no morning shower 😞 I'm sure it was sorted soon after we left. Otherwise a great place. I would still come back.

The staff were great. The check-in process was a nightmare, rooms were not ready, we asked for early check-in and they did not even know what rooms the guests were in and we had to try and find this information ourselves, the coffee machine was broken and we had to fix it ourselves, there was no milk in the room for the hard coffee sachets.
