front door in main dining area entrance needs to be fixed, it’s a bit hard to push as well as shower door, tends to grip a bit.

I booked a balcony room, only to get there and be taken to a ground floor family room proper ventilation. The owner gave my room to a "regular" who made a booking over the phone and had the liberty of choosing the room she wants. This person booked for one night while I booked for two nights and only got the service i paid for the second night. It was definitely not about the money but a disregard for a specific demographic of customers. He did not inforn the ladies working there, who were nice enough to remedy the situation by transferring me to the correct room the next day. This was more annoying than surprising based on the area. I would have taken a last minute cancelation( coz I checked in after 5pm) rather than being cheated off what I was charged for. The booking confirmation clearly stated the room has a balcony coz that's exactly how I filtered my search.
