I stayed there for 3 weeks and paid the owner daily and she chased me out of my room at 8pm at night on my last day because my payment was short wit $10

The owner is rude and she doesn't respect her guests. After staying there for 3 weeks and paying her the last night she called security and chased me out of my room because my payment was short $10. She said she wouldn't refund me on my last day 😞. I couldn't understand that after staying there for 3 weeks paying her daily she chases me out in the middle of the night and armed guards come to the property . A lot of guests have complained about her behaviour. That property has bad memories for me . She chased me in the middle of the night after paying her for 3 weeks stay and I'm short $10 which I said I will settle in the morning. It was traumatising men with guns escorting me . She must be removed from Booking.com

Environment is secured next to complex and quite

The hoping around from Room to Room.Booking show budget room etc eg the guest house rooms has names like Protea room etc you will be move daily they said you didn't book this one if you're were there more than a week using Booking.com

Wanted to relax as we were exhausted from airport but it was a bit noisy
