Chip, cozy, standard room, big bathroom, very clear everywhere, big enough the bed. Good breakfast, very friendly personnel.

My room was with windows to the road. It was quite hot but no air conditioning in the room. Attempt to open a window was not successful because the road about the hotel and cars that going on the road create a lot of noise. I closed the windows but it also didn't help. So my wife and me had to sleep in hot and noisy room. My friend had the same room but with another direction of windows. He was happy to stay.

The location of guest house is perfect. There is a private parking, a bus stop and a train stop nearby. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, with strong wifi signal. The private bathroom and shared kitchen were well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed it very much.

We booked at Kovox as it was very close to Happy Horse where we had a riding course. Excellent apartment with all facilities required.
