The host was polite and helped us with bbq.

The floor under the beds was filthy. Shower drain blocked. Kitchen which we had to share with the host wasn’t clean, the fridge smelled unpleasant, the sink sponge was very old. The cooker/hob was situated outside in the garden so cooking eggs for breakfast was too inconvenient. The rooms contained three beds each and we were not allowed to move a mattress to another room so to allow our two kids to stay with us. I had to pay for additional room

Very clean, comfortable roadside pension. Not that pretentious which was good.

The rooster choir at the break of dawn is a bit deafening but it is part of the charm of the location at the same time, so not that bad. I missed some kind of clear instruction as to how breakfast works, what is included and what not.
