Il giorno che siamo andati via dalla struttura.

L' arroganza, poca professionalità e la maleducazione dell' host. SICUREZZA Faro' presente a chi di dovere la mancanza di sicurezza in fase di check in, in quanto è dovere dell' host assicurarsi ( come da art.109 del TULPS) dell" identità dell' ospite e che quest' ultima combaci col documento fornito, questo per garantire sicurezza all interno della struttura e degli altri ospiti. Non si può obbligare un cliente a inviare i propri documenti di riconoscimento su un nr watzapp per evitare di essere presente fisicamente al momento del check in , SOGGIORNO Costretti a lasciare le finestre chiuse(e quindi sempre il condizionatore acceso) per tutto l arco del soggiorno a causa dell eccessivo inquinamento acustico dovuto alla posizione in cui si trova.
