The room was immaculate. From the start I felt at home. The staff was so friendly. Breakfast is a must...

I think they can look at their beds. It is a bit hard, but I believe this is a personal choice. Some people will like that.

"Very uncomfortable as we could not sleep due to it being too hot and aircon not working and noisy."

We have stayed here multiple times and it has always been our stay of choice. The rooms are clean and the bedding is fresh. You really feel at home here.

This was the very first disappointing stay as the aircon was not only noisy, but it did not work. I barely slept with the noise from the aircon and the fact that it did not cool the room at all. There was also an infestation of ants from the time we placed our food items on the side table. The main concern is the aircon as it was extremely hot.
