A good bed for a good night sleep.

1. Some spider webs at corner of the room. 2. I keep knocking on a sharp decorative item next to wardrobe. 3. A small black beetle was found on the bed 4. The bathroom in the kitchen does not have heating light nor heater. 5. The kitchen floor is a bit too cold during winter. Should provide slipper in the kitchen

"Very poor"

He is trying to get $1000 for a spilled drink on the carpet. It was an accident. The room already has a huge faint stain under the bed. The carpet is very old and needs to be replaced.
