The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size

The wi-fi only worked for the first night the shower was strange and nowhere to put things kitchen was not a good workspace the breakfast was minimal

"Not what I expected, but very pleasant host and comfortable bed."

Cereal and milk, tea and coffee included. Bed was nice and firm, Host lives on other side of the house and has a doorbell when you need his attention. Great recommendations for food in the area. This is a room in a house, the house itself is very large and you have your own toilet and shower, fridge and microwave. Omokoroa is a beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle.

I didn't realise it was a room in a giant house, it is about 35 minutes away from Mount Maunganui, however if you want to be further away from civilisation, this is perfect for you.

Location excellent, nearby to local village, Cafe etc shops Very comfy bed. Clean quality linen

Breakfast was included but ran out before last am No tea bags had to purchase our own. Hardly saw the host. Was not to keen on sharing the bathroom with the kitchen A good deep clean is due, with attention to detail
