La struttura è nuova, accogliente, con arredo moderno e in posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi più caratteristici e fare escursioni in montagna. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire indicazioni utili per muoversi nei dintorni e per trovare ristoranti dove cenare.

Great space for a family - three rooms upstairs and a big downstairs shared space, each bedroom with ensuite. Very comfortable, and beautifully renovated and decorated. Hosts were lovely and the mountain backdrop was incredible.

A kitchen area (or even just a sink in the common area) would have been great. We had to take our crockery upstairs to wash them in the bathroom sink, and no cooking facilities meant we couldn’t cook for the family.

Beautiful view, clean and everything was new.

The room was apparently clean except for the bed that we didn’t check at our arrival. It looked used with lots of hairs but was late in the night and we did not feel like calling the owners at that time (1 am).

Recently renovated, stylish bed and breakfast close to Gran Sasso mountains. The bedrooms were clean, quite, warm, and the staff was very helpful, we recommend this place.

Amazing panoramic view. Convenient location. Responsive staff who care about your comfort. Have a breakfast at the tables outside to enjoy the nature and the beautiful atmosphere. Calm, beautiful, safe. Good wi-fi.

The staff is very welcoming The location is really good between the gran sasso and the beach. It is a very peaceful place highly recommended for those who need a break from work and routine.
