"Breakfast isn't actually included - even when you are asked your dietary requirements."

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet.

When I made the booking on line, I was under the impression that breakfast was included because I was asked what my dietary requirements were. So, I was shocked to learn that my breakfast wasn't actually included. Why include that question when making the booking if breakfast isn't included. Its very misleading. I know that accommodations can only do so much with insects and bugs in the room. I did not like the cockroaches in my room and bathroom.
