Location and room were amazing, restaurant/hang out area was also amazing

Only minor thing was there was limited clothes storage. But not an issue for the short stay

The restaurant and rooftop patio has a beautiful view and the staff was so nice.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die A/C hat nicht funktioniert, die Türe lies sich nicht abschließen. Wir hatten mehrfach Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Im Zimmer war eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und ein modriger Geruch. All diese Punkte wurden vom Management kulanter Weise nicht berücksichtigt, trotz Anmerkung.

Excellent, warm and very helpful staff. The best breakfast we've had in recent years while traveling. (We stayed there for 3 weeks and didn't get tired). Very comfortable restaurant area with many "lying around" areas. The room was as expected.

Bathroom could have more furniture in it. No place to put your toiletries. The balcony railings (sides) have large openings, so we always had to keep and eye on our 9 months old baby.

Great location near to beach. The restaurant is on the second floor and has great views and great tea choices. Breakky was included and tasty. Smiley staff.

Rooms are quite small if you need to store surfboards. For the price could be bigger. On arrival they advised us the room would be cleaned daily and sheets changed every 3rd day - we stayed for 4 days and asked 3 times for a room clean (eventually they picked up the rubbish but no room clean) and no sheets changed. You also need ear plugs as there is some noise from the road (the balcony doors have gaps) and a pack of dogs that roam at night and have fights - they are fed by a local lady so expect them to hang around. One day there was no water- it was then fixed that afternoon but the water pressure in the shower was very low and the hot water disappeared from then on. No probs for us but could be for others.
