Nice place for a short stay. Great location—safe area, close to the city centre and Royal Mile. The room was small but had everything needed. Private bathroom next door and a kitchen with basic equipment, plus free coffee and tea.

Be aware there are two different addresses depending on the room. The room was small for two but okay if you spend the whole day in the city

Well equipped kitchen but is communal so be prepared to meet other guests staying in other rooms. Was a 20 - 30 minute walk from Waverley station but also on good bus route.

Access down steep stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

The room was comfortable & clean. The location was perfect & the use of the kitchen was ideal for making a cup of tea

There was nothing about the property to dislike

The fact that I’ve got a notification that the address is different to what I’ve booked, better but still why wouldn’t you let people know where they will stay just once they paid for the apartments or even before that?!

All the rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The big kitchen & living room were a big plus for our group of 6. We were on a hill so the neighborhood was nice & quiet, surrounded by greenery & a great view of the city. The host was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended!

Location. All the rest terrible.

Very dirty! No air in the room! Smelling bad the room! When we arrived there was a cup of dirty coffee in our room, when it should the room should actually be clean. Terrible
