The attitude from the receptionist guy, the location away from town in some gravel road. That I had made a booking via booking.com only to be told rooms are full. Dirty floor, sand easily y accumulating the room. No mat

The rooms are nice and clean

The place wasn't comfortable for my stay, the big towels were not there so I was forced to ask the guy, the bathroom carpet wasn't there, there was soap which was used by a previous guest, soap stand or container was broken, no side lamp, the place to charge wasn't close to the bed, most of the things was upside-down in an extent where the guy didn't know that we were coming so he asked me to prove it to him that I already paid to booking. Com and he was very rude and telling about his boss that he is the one that have an access to the guest information that was so confusing. I was exhausted yet I was stand for minutes because he was still confirming. The place is a mess and I will never suggest it to anyone.

We didn't feel safe, there is no guard at the gate, cars are coming in and out anyhow. We couldn't sleep, there were people drinking outside & making unbearable noise. And bath with cold water
