Das Bala House hat eine super Anbindung an die örtlichen Öffis. Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke und alle Busse bringen einen in die Innenstadt und wieder retour. Die nötigsten Dinge sind vorhanden, aber auch nicht mehr. Bett extrem gemütlich.

Wenn man nicht viel Komfort erwartet, wird man nicht enttäuscht. Außenliegendes Badezimmer einen Stock über dem Zimmer war anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig, daher auch laut bei voller Belegung.
