Hospedería El Convento

Large apartment very close to area where many locals go out but only 15 minutes walk through small streets to the old quarter and touristy area. Great location. Bathrooms had good water pressure and temperature. Apartment overlooks the building patio and the bedrooms are away from the street side of the apartment so is quite quiet. Decoration is that of what used to be a family apartment.

Shower stall in one of the bathrooms was small. Decor is a bit outdated, but expected as it's an old apartment that is still used by the owners. No balconies with a view.

How do I make a complaint to booking.com this hotel should not be on here! When arrived the place felt cool after being in the sun...but.... No tea no coffee Uncomfortable cold children's sized single beds No plug in the bath or sink, telly didnt work bulbs missing in lamp No heating no carpets I woke at 3:30 am absolutely freezing and had to leave in my car in the dark just to get warm! The woman could not put heating on and offered no alternative. Driving in the dark after getting barely any sleep is dangerous. Most unhappy with this terrible treatment!

I demanded a refund because I was so cold I may as well have slept outside No doubt I won't get one.

Clean and it was easy to find

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Hospederia El Convento. The host was prompt to check us in and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand in spite of the fact that she was speaking Spanish and our Spanish is very poor.. Our room was quite small but very clean with lots of hot water, comfortable beds and a little balcony. We were also able to store our bicycles safely overnight in the upstairs hall near our room.

All was great!
