Very good cozy and clean room with a view of the courtyard, so there was no ambush sound outside. Beds were comfortable. Additional facilities: coffee, tea, toiletries.

Internal sound insulation is not good enough. The time of return and departure of everyone living in the hotel is heard.

Location is fantastic - but you get the keys and breakfast at a different location. Building is really old but very authentic - though a bit cold in the room. Lovely breakfast though and staff were very nice.

The room was beautifully appointed with an excellent shower in a neighborhood next to a canal. Very picturesque.

The check in was awkward. I arrived at the hotel, but no one was there, so I called the contact number from Booking.com. I was told that I had to register at another hotel down the street, then return with my key. This would have been nice to know beforehand. Breakfast was available at the hotel where I got the key, and it was expensive. It would have been so nice to include it in the price of the room, which was also expensive.

Mattresses need to be replace and stairs are very deep.

Excellent room , good facilities . Very comfy bed, quiet location overlooking canal. I took breakfast at the sister hotel at the end of the road - excellent choices on offer

The very steep stairs ! Getting my case up and down was a bit risky.
