Excellent location, clean room. The host thought about little things such as earplugs and hot water bottles.

The bed was a bit noisy.

Great. A comfortable stay right in the centre. Comfy bed, all facilities you might need. I did look for a fan as it was getting quite warm, but I was on the second floor and there was a good breeze with the window open. If I'd stayed longer I would have asked for a fan and I'm sure it would have been sorted efficiently. Good simple prompt communication from the owner.

The only thing I noticed was there was cobwebs on the ceiling lights.

The location was great. The owner was friendly and kind. The room was clean and cosy.

The toiletries.

The room I was put in was upstairs, really upstairs. My poor back doesn't like so many stairs. I had to cancel the second night I was supposed to stay. I suggested a refund but no one has had the courtesy to even reply. The TV didn't work. The room although was nicely decorated, was very small. It got worse, the bathroom was tiny so I booked somewhere else and left early the next morning. I was offered another room but I didn't want to stay there. Not good value fot money. I paid £140 for one uncomfortable night on a very squeaky bed. Not happy and wouldn't stay here ever again.

Location close to centre

Good value for money. Excellent location across the street from the conference centre.
