Internet connection was unstable, but i guess it there were some troubles on the line, so not hotels fault

The location was good, staff exceptionally friendly. Very good price and excellent value for money, very clean. But a bit basic

Door very hard to close, and nowhere to get ready and obviously not hotels fault but eaten alive by mosquitos

Everything , from the moment we arrived the staff where lovely and welcoming and always helpful . The pool was really clean and bigger than it looked in the pictures online . The breakfast was really generous and really good value and a good start to the day . The room was spotless and very comfortable with ac and a large shower room .

The place was very spacious, neat and clean with all the necessary amenities to make our staying comfortable. Very pleasant and happy staff. Might not have been a bit old decoration and furnishing, however everything was clean and working properly.

we arrived late at the Villa after driving up from Kandy. we stayed just 1 night. the room was fantastic, so so clean and comfortable. the team are all very lovely and helpful. would stay there again . thank you x

Very strange cleaning staff member. Repeatedly told us that we “sleep too long” and should get up earlier for cleaning. Checkout is marked as 12pm but he again insisted that we leave earlier for cleaning… not a good experience. This is not what a cleaner should communicate like. We used this stay for relaxing, not for anything else. Overall was a really weird experience because of this one staff member. The owner is fantastic and very friendly.

The staff and the hotel are great

there were some problems with wifi in the evenings
