Clean and peaceful house in a quiet neigbourhood with a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Paulo, the house keeper, is friendly and helpful. Excellent price-performance ratio.

The house, particularly the tile floor, is quiet cold in winter (individual rooms are equipped with heaters though). No carpets.

The word beach in the advertisement is misleading. I was expecting that the house was very close to the beach. Instead, almost 2 km away.
