Идеальная чистота, новая мебель, свежее белье и полотенца, хорошая техника (холодильник, кондиционер, телевизор) и сантехника. Есть столовая-общее место, можно пользоваться кухней, где все необходимое есть. За домом следят, можно обратиться с любой просьбой, помогут. Хозяева - замечательные люди!
