Could do with fixing up bathroom a bit.

Nice, quiet place.

Too small room fór three persons, ONLY two chairs And no desk or anything to place our things on. No shelves, no wardrobe. So small window we had to open the door to get fresh air . Very old beds, the double broken. ONLY positive was a balcony we usedl all the time we were there.

Good room in a large local house. Great Location easy walking from historic center and river views. Nice view of Jvari Monastery from the balcony. Good Breakfast and very friendly family.

The host is wonderful! She was so nice to us. We enjoyed so much our stay at her house.

We lived in a separate house from the hotel. Very stuffy in summer, the bed looks stale, the wifi is terrible, the noise from the main street, you live in a house with the owners who live their lives in this house. 1 socket. A room with the things of a boy who goes to sleep elsewhere. The shower is filled with the owner's stuff. One blanket 1.5 for two. I had to ask convincingly. Unpleasant place.

The host is a nice woman, she's so hospitable, you would feel like you came to your old friends's house! Shared bathroom is clean and looks good. You can also use nice kitchen, and it's fully equipped, or for additional fee the host offers home cooked breakfast if you wish. The location is pretty central, just two blocks away from the Tbilisi bus' stop.

We stayed just 1 night there and arrived around midnight, so we basically needed just a place to sleep. But it didn't work. Uncomfortable old mattress. There was no actual blankets, only thick bed cover and something that looked like a really big towel. It's too warm in the room, so the window has to be open all night long (no a/c or fan in the standard room) but it's very noisy outside because of passing cars, also there's shared balcony right behind the window. And we could only find one plug in the room, so it was impossible to charge two phones at once, or even charge one cause we plugged in a mosquito repeller.
