"Highly unprofessional and disorganized"

I didn’t end up staying because, strangely, the place was fully booked even though it was still listed as available on Booking.com. Since my stay was incomplete, I can't really say I liked anything.

I booked this place, but upon arrival, I had to wait at the gate for at least 30 minutes with no signage indicating the location. As a solo female traveler, I felt unsafe standing outside for that long. The contact person listed on Booking.com doesn’t even stay on the property, making communication extremely difficult. After the long wait, someone finally came out—only to inform me that the place was fully booked. Instead, they suggested another BnB, Monique Guesthouse, which isn’t even listed on Google. They then started calling someone to make last-minute arrangements for me, treating the situation as if it were completely normal. The level of unprofessionalism was staggering. It was clear they had no regard for the fact that they are in the hospitality business. To make matters worse, they casually mentioned that their staff had already left for the day, which explained the complete disorganization. I ultimately chose to leave and book a different hotel, but by then, it was late, and I was exhausted after all the unnecessary delays. This experience was completely unacceptable. If you’re running a hospitality business, act like it—because guests are people, not inconveniences.
