12 on Beach Guest House

The spacious rooms, the stunning Seaview, the beautiful layout of all the apartments in addition to the communal lounge area was just so idyllic to make our first stay one to remember for ALWAYS, and definitely return soon again.. GOD WILLING

I wouldn't use in context of not like.. but maybe just an upgrade on some of the gates and keys, like in room 9 and room 1, and the regulation between the warm and cold taps in the showers. But with the 99.9% that was loved, it outweighs these little discomforts.

Everything about the apartment . Cosy and clean. Nice and relaxing

Accommodating on late arrival and very friendly.

Easy to follow instructions. Spacious room. Very clean, everything in its place.

Struggling with one gate entrance that lead to rooms.

The rooms were clean and the view from the front was great.

Braai was not clean 1 room's TV didn't work DSTV decoder was not working in my room Not enough parking Very noisy area as the road behind the facility seemed like it was used for racing.
