It had an outside space that I could use for working

Everything. Its cheap old dirty place. Under bed was curled dust with somebody's sock. Radiator was leaking, table too low you cant use it as a table, no fridge, very poor light system and no curtains for morning. One night had problem with hot water. Outside space is not cleaned, cats are all over it, one cat did throw up when i was there, nice.
