It is small but comfortable place. Very clean linen. As per the price is perfect for long stay. Staff is very helpful and attentive.

The owner made us feel very welcome Always a smile on his face and offering for help. The room is big and clean, could use a paint job because there's some water damage I think from the AC. A quite nice pool, small wall from hikkaduwa beach. Some great hidden restaurants at walking distance (restaurant Paris and canal view). Would definitely recommend

Loved the pool and the room was clean and very big ! Has a fridge , tv , kettle and air con so everything you can need. Not far to walk into the main area and the beach and close to the bus station.

Great staff, cleanliness, and value in a safe area near the Hikkaduwa Railway Station. The private entrance, size of the room, and clean pool made the stay even better. Walkable distance to the bus station, railway, fruits, restaurants, stores. Easy to plan day trips nearby like Galle Fort.
