Everything was perfect

My mom and i really enjoyed staying here. The guesthouse is well-kept, clean, and taken good care of. The guests are too. We were met by the owner who checked us in and showed us around. We could turn to him for any questions. The property is located near other houses but it's very quiet. The view is gorgeous. You're surrounded by the beautiful lush mountains. We stayed at the standard triple room which was tiny but it was enough for the two of us. The room was clean and cozy.

I liked the atmosphere of the house. Modern and good design choices. But my room was oldfashioned and bad styled after all

I booked the property few days before hand. And came wet from the mountains. Was waiting for the owner quite some time and in the meantime asked other guests if there was a washing machine service in the hotel. They said it was, and I should ask the owner about it. When the owner did arrived I explained that I am totally wet after my hiking trip to mountains, and woud appreciate if I can use the washing machine service. He said that due to the electricity switching off the service is not available and he cannot help me. Than I said that the price of the hotel should exclude this service, and he got very mad that I ask this. I said that I will write a bad review here, and owner said that he does not care and asked me to leave the property in a very rude way. Well, this was very unpleasant experience. I got a nice welcome at other place and they washed my cloths.
