Holly Lodge Country Guest House

Good location. Clean with everything we needed. There is a sign visible from the A60 direction. It would have helped to have a road sign visible from the Blidworth direction.

Holly lodge is a little gem set in beautiful quiet country side ,we were warmly greeted by Tim and His father and immediately felt like friends,the property was immaculate ,spotless shower with great hot water ,lovely comfortable beds ,felt at home (we have the same cushions,)the later check out was a real help ,

We liked everything , the rooms are a little smaller so is the tea table ,great little flowers on the kettle ,no high tech stainless steel ,which would be quite out of place

Beautiful setting, very quiet. Room was small and quaint but everything we needed. Very homely and nice to have outside space to relax in.

Bathroom a bit dated and shower not great would be only small niggle.

Great location for Coxmoor Golf Club

Good sized room but the shower did not work. Site looks a bit of a mess with building material all over the place. Very quiet.

Location was good nice size room and bathroom good information of local amenities

Bed wasn't very comfortable we didn't see anyone whilst we were there the key was left in the door. Only 1 chair so we had to sit on the bed which was quite hard

Very clear check in experience and helpful staff communicating with us on arrival and for any questions we may have. The beauty of the rooms being preserved in a manner that country houses hold and not being modernised was also a bonus. Our room had a nice bath and beautiful flowered kettle also. In love with the net curtains also. Additionally outside seating area wasn’t conflicted with noise of other guests or surround sound of the location. Nice land all around and good location near Mansfield to Blidwurth.
