Everything was fine; the bed was comfortable, and the room was neat and clean, so there were no issues there. However, there was a major problem with the AC and the fan. There was no cooling at all, which was very disappointing.owner needs to check this

The AC wasn't cooling at all, so I couldn't sleep properly all night. It was extremely hot, and even the fan wasn't working right—the airflow was very slow. We r very disappointed with both the fan and the AC. Even the TV wasn't okay; there were no channels except for one or two playing 90s songs. When a customer is paying so much, there should be better facilities. The TV channels, AC, and fan—nothing was working properly. The owner needs to check this. Everything else was fine.
