Співвідношення ціна - якість. Є всі необхідні умови для комфорту.

Шумна сторона там де спальня, майже цілодобово пересувається багато транспорту, доводилося зачиняти вікна і вимикати кондиціонер, бо вночі просинались від "мопедів". Смішно й грішно, але зваривши борщ, не знайшли ополоника ) Всього 1 ніж і друшляка нема, але то дрібниці. Хто їде в Ужгород куховарити )
