The Residence - NO 8

Great location, good bathroom and comfortable bed.

Main ceiling lights did not work.

Warm inside, shower pressure was fantastic. Location to market street was very good.

Shared space with others which was frequently creaking due to floor boards. The door to the upstairs housing was unlocked.

Está en el centro, a poco tiempo de la Royal Mile.

Para empezar está en un callejón cerrado en el que hay varios pubs con gente muy ruidosa. A esto se le suma que las paredes son tan finas que puedes escuchar la conversación en tono normal de las habitaciones contiguas (hasta tal punto que en el propio establecimiento te dejan tapones de oídos para dormir). La cama es pequeña para dos y el colchón muy fino. En la habitación el baño solo tiene grifo y ducha. Si bien el váter es privado has de salir al pasillo y meter una contraseña para acceder a él.

Proximidade do centro, quarto limpo.

Quarto muito pequeno sem espaço para acomodar as malas, entrada sem muita sinalização em beco sem saída, um pouco esquisito para andar a noite. Sem funcionários para receber os hóspedes

The room was clean.

This is not a first floor room. There is very steep set of curved steps to get to the rooms. This is not a hotel or even an Inn. There is no front desk receptionat all. If you are handicapped like myself, I do not recommend this accommodation. It is tucked away in an alley way there is no real parking. It is not close to shops or restaurants without walking quite a distance up a steep hill.
