The bed was really comfortable and the staff were really friendly and went out their way to find the location and send us pin drops and keep in contact with us until we found the place and was safe. They also woke up at the crack of dawn to open up the gate for us which most people wouldn’t do

The shower leaked most of the night and the water was Luke warm. The shower window didn’t latch when closing it. And there was a hole on the bottom of the bathroom door.

It's a beautiful place very clean and the staff were really nice.

Their towels are very old they need to change them,and the DSTV was not working😏

First of all - the signage at the place was so small that our manager struggled to see if he was at the correct place in the dark. The manager had the booking wrong ...................he must have given the room away as he kept saying to Mr Mntambo that Mr Mntambo was there in the morning to fetch the key. No booking system in sight.
