Room was beautiful and the breakfast was great

We arrived later than we had indicated but notified them that we were taking longer. The lady welcoming us was not at all happy. It was like we had committed a sin.

Excellent breakfast. Try the marmalade - its very good. Large room Large bathroom Quiet suburban location down long drive. Central Hillcrest location.

Lack of electric plug points so had to keep unplugging devices to use kettle, charge phone, use heater, etc. Room did not get much sun at this time of year so was coldish until heater turned on.

nothing maybe to have a rate that excludes breakfast - we were at a horse show and did not have chance to have their breakfast as we had to be at the showgrounds early each morning
