Very good location

The room wasn't ready til the evening and was given a basement room. Message the hotel and ask for Duty Manager to contact me but no respond. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. I had stayed previously but this time I wasn't pleased at all.

Good location and staff were friendly.. would stay here again

There was an issue with a service included on the advert here at booking.com. We brought it to their attention and were offered a cup of tea on the first day. Otherwise no issue
