The room was very comfy and contained everything that we needed. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and milk/water/coffee/teabags/sugar/rusks, etc. all renewed each day. There was very good heating and an electric blanket which was most useful as we visited in the winter. We had our laundry done and the staff were lovely.

I think we arrived at an unfortunate time as, coming from abroad, we didn't have Wi-Fi, so although I gave the arrival time of our flight and said that we were hiring a car at the airport and coming straight to the property, upon arrival we had difficulty trying to gain access to the property and trying to contact the people. I did message them from the airport but I don't think the message arrived.

Comfortable bed and the room was made warm before arrival.

The shower was a bit of mission to make it consistent temperature. It was really frustrating.
