Място за настаняване беше в доста по-тих квартал на Специя, което е топ попадение, предвид пренаселения град с туристи! Дори паркирането е без проблем! Къщата беше реставрирана уникално! Старото и новото, плюс съвременни удобста в страхотна симбиоза! Собствениците имат и кафене пред къщата, което ни беше удобно за по питие или кафе.
