No está mal Habitaciones aceptables y limpias Algo incómodo el sitio ya que no tiene recepcionista, tampoco atienden los teléfonos de contacto. Sólo pudimos entrar donde x un mensaje de texto supimos que habia que retirar las llaves a un bar cercano donde estaba el dueño o responsable, quien fue quien nos acompañó y abrió el recinto. Escalera estrecha para subir con equipaje, sin ascensor. Algo caro para el servicio que se presta, sólo habitación.

L’accesso alle camere è decisamente problematico anche per persone che non hanno disabilità . Scalini alti e non pochi per arrivare alle camere . Come se non bastasse : doccia calda/fredda senza esclusione di colpi . La foto della camera non corrisponde a quella reale , perciò consiglio di indagare meglio e non contare molto su quello che si vede .

Ottima posizione e sfrutta accogliente

Posizione comoda sia se viaggi in auto (comodo parcheggio che nel periodo che abbiamo alloggiato noi non era a pagamento) sia se utilizzi i mezzi (fermata bus a pochi metri). Proprietà gentile e disponibile; hanno un bar fianco alloggio dove si effettua check in e check out, comodo per pasti e colazione; un giorno ci hanno anche offerto il caffè. L ultimo giorno abbiamo dimenticato in stanza un cappellino dal valore affettivo e sono stati molto carini ad avercelo inviato a casa a loro spese. La nostra camera si trovava all ultimo piano dell alloggio; scale ripide ma niente in confronto alle scale che abbiamo fatto alle 5 terre😁

The location is really interesting because it’s in a village famous for their pirate invasions, and it’s a really cute little town very close to La Spezia and also Porto Venere. The owners own their own bar as well just down the road.

The double bed had two single mattresses (not really a complain but the only thing I would change personally).

We had not received Diego's message explaining how to get entry to the property - sent the same morning - as we were traveling and unaware of his communication. When we arrived some locals helped us gain his number. Diego was prompt to arrive but his off hand manner left much to be desired. The stairs to the room are very narrow and steep so be careful what bags you take for your stay. The 1st room he offered us was very dark and without a kettle. Diego returned with a kettle, fixed the wifi (a plug issue) and offered us another room. The other room was better but still not really to or liking. It doesn't help to make you feel any better when you open a draw to find used(?) vapes and what looked like a condom packet. - We only stayed one of our 2 booked nights.
