À 2 pas de la gare et de la rue la plus appréciée de La Spezia (Via del Prione) avec boutiques, magasins etc. Emplacement au top. Communication au top avec le propriétaire qui nous a communiqué tout ce dont on avait besoin et qui nous a même fait une vidéo explicative pour qu’on puisse arriver en dehors des horaires de Check-in :D La chambre est spacieuse et la salle de bain également. Tout était propre et fonctionnel! Nous recommandons cet établissement :)
