Ottima posizione camere pulite e ordinate. Ben arredato. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molti bei ristoranti in giro. Qui va tutto bene.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. La struttura è ben situata, in una zona comoda e facilmente accessibile. I proprietari sono una coppia molto gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L’ambiente è accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto e ci tornerei volentieri!

L’esperienza è stata eccellente dall’inizio alla fine. La struttura è molto ben organizzata, pulita e accogliente, offrendo tutto il comfort necessario. Anche la posizione è ottima, facilmente raggiungibile e molto comoda. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare l’assistenza di Andrea, che è stato estremamente gentile, premuroso e disponibile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

The bathroom was affected by mold on the ceiling, walls, and in the joints. After we complained, the mold was only superficially wiped with cleaning product and painted over, but the issue was not resolved. The smell of mold remained strong, and Booking.com has received photo evidence confirming the condition. Additionally, the room was extremely noisy at night – we constantly heard furniture moving, footsteps from above, and noise from neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to rest. The room is not like the pictures!! The “balcony” faced an inner courtyard, and the floor outside was covered with trash and debris. There was no view and it was not a pleasant or usable outdoor space. When we reported these issues, the owner reacted aggressively and yelled at us instead of offering help or understanding. There was no consideration for our concerns. In the end, we had to request an early departure through Booking.com, due to the unacceptable conditions. Booking received the full complaint along with photos of the mold and can confirm everything. Sadly, we cannot recommend this property.
