"Perfect base for exploring the Cinque Terra and La Spezia itself"

Set one street back from main pedestrian street full of lovely shops and restaurants. A lovely building with a lift. An easy 10 minute walk from the station. The host has a floor with three independent rooms. Stylishly renovated. Our shady terrace was lovely. Really comfy bed. Great lighting.

"Modern, clean and convenient"

A modern, contemporary and well appointed apartment located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. Access is key controlled and secure. Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was great making for a smooth check-in. Plenty of tourist info and maps are available at the little reception desk. The apartment has everything you need: Lavazza coffee machine, mini fridge and room safe. There is a "tiny" elevator to get you up to the 2nd floor. Location is excellent: short walk to the train station or ferry terminal. Via Del Prione is just a few steps away making restaurants and cafes easy to walk to, as well as the historic center. Highly recommended accommodation.

I wish we stayed longer.

Property was stunning! Very easy to access and the room was beautiful. They had thought of everything and the balcony was lovely too. Very good location, close to everything. Thank you!

Very tiny lift but didn’t matter, we were happy with the stairs. Also no iron, but that didn’t matter would have just been an added luxury.

Everything, location, balcony and the room was fabulous

Air con could of been more effective with the outside temperature being 36degrees
