The staff doesn’t exist it is self serve so that is why. Very organized though and easy to figure out. Near the city center but a bit away in a more quiet area. Would absolutely stay again.

The only good things is that is in a good location, in the city centre and has a lovely view of the river. Also the shower temperature and pressure was nice.

I seriously don’t understand where the inflated score comes from. If you stay couple of days you discover the property is completely unstaffed. That would not be a problem but… they don’t give you any bin bags, spare towels, spare bedsheets, anything. I tried to contact the property on WhatsApp to ask for an extra towel for my baby and for body soap as the dispenser was empty or broken as nothing coming out…the messages not answered. Tried to message them through booking. com… no reply even after 4 days. The property seemed ok when you first go in but as I travel with a toddler who s crawling everywhere, had to look in the corners and under the bed as well and it was so appallingly dirty I had to use the hand towel to clean it. The drain in the bathroom was also disgusting. The support for the curtains came off the wall and hit me in the head… when I looked what happened… it completely unsecured. If you are in one of the top rooms, there is no elevator, just steep stairs. The outdoor code is so obvious if someone s lurking behind you will sport it immediately.

Location was good and property was spacious.

The bathroom was quite old and shower had a drainage delay.

We booked a family room for myself, my wife and our two small children, expecting a comfortable and family friendly stay. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The room was located on the second floor and this was never disclosed beforehand. Access was through a very narrow spiral staircase, which made carrying luggage, a baby stroller and two small children extremely difficult and unsafe. Travelling with a 1 and 3 year old child, this information should absolutely have been communicated in advance. The host was completely unreachable. I called her 22 times on the phone number she personally shared with me the previous day, with zero response. I also sent messages through Booking.com and received no reply at all. Even Booking.com support tried to contact her and could not reach her either. The next day we accidentally met her in person and she was literally holding her phone in her hand, which made the situation even more frustrating. Another major issue is that the property is called “APARTMENTS Maria”, yet our so called apartment had no kitchen, no sink, no stove and no cooking facilities whatsoever. There were only a few plates and some cutlery thrown into a drawer. The only available facilities were one shared microwave and one shared refrigerator for two entire floors of guests, which is completely inadequate for families travelling with small children. The room itself was also poorly equipped for families. The dining table was tiny and there were only two chairs for four people. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. On top of that, there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom every morning. We also requested a baby bed in advance, but it was not provided upon arrival. It was only delivered the following day after we finally met the owner in person. Overall, the biggest problem was the complete lack of communication and reliability from the host.

Perfect location near bars, cafes and Dragon Bridge. Easy walk along river to main town centre and funicular for castle. Fan was great at cooling down the room. The room is very small and so is the bathroom. View out of window was into inner courtyard/ entrance to the property.

Bed being pushed against the wall meant one person in the couple had to clamber over the other person to get out of bed. Or wake them up and get them to move.
