The location is excellent, right in the heart of old town. The apartment was spotlessly clean. While I did not meet the owner, communication and instructions to enter the property was excellent. There is a well equipped small kitchen for light meals. The bathroom and kitchen is shared with one other apartment but there was no other guests :)

A little pricey for a small basement apartment but worth it for the location and brand new renovation. I was also there for on a weekend so maybe a higher rate.

The room was underground! Maybe I missed that in the description but was very surprised. One window, way too high up to reach with drawn blinds on it! Therefore the whole room was dark and dank. Thr undergroud bathroom down the hall had the window open (prevent mildew?) which meant it was freeeeeezing! I tried to work the small wall heating unit with the remote and got only cold air (making the room even more cold). I wrote an email to the place via booking.com. What I got was an angry phone call from the owner accusing me of being the only guest in the world who could not figure it out. He told me he would come over in 20 miutes to set it- I did not want a visit from an angry stanger in my underground room- I was only in the room to rest and warm up before meeting friends for dinner. He continued to shout instructions at me until I set the remote to his requirements. Still, even after 15 minutes, only cold air. If they could put an info folder in the roomshowing guests how to use the equipment, maybe we could.

Very well located apartment and clean. THe location is PERFECT, couldn´t be better and very very clean. I would come back!

The only 2 things could be better are informations that the apartment is on floor -1 (we didn´t see instructions) and the air conditioner didn´t work very well at night (it turned off a few times). and kept doing a strange noise.
