I remember this building when it was owned by different proprietors and the transformation is something else! I chose a sea view room which was situated on the first floor. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The attention to detail with the design made my room feel both elegant and cozy. And to top this, relaxing on the chaise lounge, admiring the breathtaking views was the icing on the cake! We were met with a lovely warm welcome and friendly smiles from Sue and Rod. We have stayed in lots of holiday accommodations over the years so have met a lot of hosts but Sue and Rod stand out as some of the best! You can see how much they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, offering friendly hospitality, ensuring we were ok and checking if we needed anything during our stay. They are knowledgeable about the local area, providing excellent information, recommendations for activities, dining, and sightseeing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Llandudno and can't wait to return!

"Enlightening value for money."

The room was more a suite with a well equipped kitchen area built-in which Dana led us to comfortably self cater when we wanted to. The proprietor’s were on hand to recommend alternative restaurants and dealt with us as family friends.

Nothing - would highly recommend this guest house over your regular tourist b&bs.
