Absolutely lovely visit to Lowestoft. Lovely newly renovated rooms, sea view, exceptionally clean, delicious breakfast with homemade bread, and friendly service. In close proximity to train station and bus stop. Spent Easter morning here and Sandra went above and beyond leaving guests each an Easter egg. Delightful trip, couldn’t ask for more.

Bright and airy room with amazing view over to the beach. Bathroom was well appointed and the breakfast was very good too. Made to feel very welcome by the owner.
