Unfortunately, we experienced a serious hot water issue throughout our stay. The property has 5 rooms (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor). Whenever hot water was used on the ground floor, there was no hot water available on the first floor. We reported the issue to the host on the first day and were informed it would be addressed the following day; however, it was never resolved. As a result, we were unable to fully utilize the facilities for the duration of our booking, which significantly affected our stay.

We experienced a serious hot water issue throughout our stay. The property has 5 rooms (2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor). Whenever hot water was used on the ground floor, there was no hot water available on the first floor. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be resolved the following day; however, it was never fixed. As a result, we were unable to fully utilize the facilities during our stay. In addition, the host was quite unfriendly and not very helpful when we raised the concern, which made the situation more frustrating. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall experience, and future guests should be aware of these issues.
