"IF WE DID NOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH BATHROOM AND BED SHEETS, WE COULD HAVE A BETTER MEMORY FROM THIS RI"

LOCATION WAS GOOD BETWEEN THE OLD CITY AND NEW CITY. WE COULD EASILY WALK EITHER DIRECTIONS. BUILDING ITSELF WAS GOOD BUT NOT BEING MAINTAINED PROPERLY. THERE WAS A WATER LEAK WE NOTICED THE FIRST DAY FROM THE GLASS PANEL IN THE BATHROOM AND WATER WAS COMING TO THE BEDROOM. STAFF SPECIALLY LADY CLEANER TRIED TO RESOLVE IT BUT REPAIR WAS BEYOND THEIR POSSIBILITIES. SITUATION REMAINED THE SAME TILL OUR CHECK OUT DATE. BED SHEETS WERE VERY OLD AND THE COLOUR HAD BEEN CHANGED FROM WHITE TO YELLOW. WE COULD NOT SLEEP WITH THOSE BED LINING AND HAD TO BUY A new SET OF BED SHEET FOR OUR COMFORTABLE SLEEP. HOTEL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO SPEND SOME MONEY TO BRING THEIR HOTEL (ACTUALLY IT IS LIKE A RIAD) TO A PROPER 4 STAR HOTEL AS THEY CLAIM IT IS A 4 STAR HOTEL.

STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD TOO.

Hotel diverso da un Riad tipico. Molto bello, pulito. Stanze enormi. Letti king size. Bagno e doccia grande L'area esterna con piscina è un plus notevole. Consigliatissimo. Grazie allo staff in particolar modo a Mohamed per la sua simpatia, gentilezza e per averci aiutato con il volontariato per dei cani randagi e per la colazione preparata fuori orario prima della nostra partenza
