Very nice staff, breakfast was the perfect amount of food, bed was comfortable. The place was very nice and fancy. The location was very quiet. 15 min walk from the markets. Would recommend getting the airport shuttle makes life so much easier. Decent size room.

The customer service (especially by Soufiyan) was amazing. He gave us a detailed rundown of the city and advice on the best places to visit in Marrakech and best foods to try. Lovely lunch organised for us for the day we arrived and breakfast every morning was really nice too. Cup of tea at night before bed was great to help unwind after a long day. Riad is located in a central location and short walking distance from the souk and Fenn square.

Wifi is very poor in the Riad. Can’t access from the rooms at all and cuts out even when sitting right to the router in courtyard. Soap needs to be provided in the bathroom. Alleyway has no sign or label to indicate that Riad Alize was in that direction. Even sign above the front door would be helpful.

It was in a great location in the heart of the Medina but on a quiet street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was not “big” per se, but more spacious than other riads we stayed in, which we appreciated.

Joli Riad, décoration simple, personnel avenant et présent 24/24. Très propre, nettoyage des chambres fait tous les jours et très bon petit déjeuner.

Nous sommes venus en décembre, malheureusement il ne faisait pas beau. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans le riad (sauf la clim des chambres), comme dans beaucoup d'endroits à Marrakech. Toutefois, ayant loué la totalité du Riad avec notre famille, il n'y avait aucun endroit pour nous réunir, ou prendre nos repas au chaud. Aucun endroit chauffé. Nous avons fait la remarque à plusieurs reprises, mais rien n'a été fait pour rendre notre séjour plus confortable, d'autant plus que nous avions nos parents âgés avec nous. Plusieurs d'entre nous sommes repartis malades, ayant pris froid. Sûrement plus appréciable durant la belle saison.

Le riad est suffisamment bien situé pour tout faire à pied, tout en étant au calme. Il est petit, mais tout y est joli et très bien restauré. Il bénéficie d’une terrasse en toiture, idéale pour apprécier les appels des muezzins au coucher de soleil. La chambre avait juste la bonne taille pour 3 personnes. Il y faisait un peu cru en décembre, mais il y avait un air conditionné que nous n’avons pas voulu utiliser, les lits étant par ailleurs super confortables et pourvus de duvets très chauds. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, servi en terrasse (prévoir une veste). L’accueil était attentionné, chaleureux et sympathique, avec une disponibilité permanente d’Abdel, Youssef ou Sofiane. Nous y étions si bien que nous sommes partis à regret.

Pour nous ce n’était pas un problème, mais on captait mal le wifi dans la chambre, pour info. On aurait aussi pu s’installer en bas dans le salon qui sent bon pour avoir un meilleur accès.
