all properties was dirty

It's very clean and budget friendly and also in prime location.

Comparatively smaller rooms but in this budget it's okay.

The bed was to hard, and uppon request to have another blanket it was not provided. The place was also not so clean they could do much better to maintain the place good.

property is just okay!!! don’t fall for the reviews .. it is forced reviews from the owner of the PG wifi is working

owner will continues spam your inbox and spam call you for the payment every hour!!! even if you stay there he will call and ask for the remaining payment Everytime.. as if we will run away without giving him the remaining money.. staff was also not coperative.. heater is not available location is pretty bad bad experience…

Staying in ever green guest House is good....

easy to find clean hot & cold water very helpful staff friendly service well looked after good value for your money for me it was a pleasure to stay at Ever Green Guest House. I will be back in Delhi & I know where I will be staying a big thank you to all at Ever Green

Our bathroom was very dirty. Room also need a better cleanup.

it's something horrible indescribable, the gentleman there talks a lot trying to convince you that everything is fine, if it's not fine he'll solve everything, in fact he won't do anything, just a lot of talk and promises! avoid this place, they only want money and the guests keep them in misery, they don't have hot water for the rooms that don't have a bathroom inside, the internet doesn't work, the beds are as hard as a piece of wood, concrete, the mattresses are miserable, the bed linen is dirty and torn , the pillows are black, they have probably never been washed, the walls are dirty and full of spiders and cobwebs, rooms full of flies, mosquitoes and other flying things, room full of dust!
