Nichts

Aufgrund einer Doppelbuchung wurden wir wieder weg geschickt. Ohne Hilfestellung oder irgendeine Unterstützung seitens der Pension. Es gab keine persönlichen Kontakt nur diese Aussage durchs Telefon. Wir standen also direkt vor der Pension, hatten einen sehr wichtigen Termin am nächsten Tag und haben uns dann auf die Suche nach einer Alternative begeben. Nie wieder buche ich diese Pension!

"Es war in Ordnung und sauber"

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und der Check in/Check out waren unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, eine freundliche Mitarbeiterin war dort vor Ort.

Das Bad hat schon bessere Zeuten erlebt, obwohl es sauber war. Das Bett hat Geräusche gemacht beim Umdrehen bzw der Lattenrost und es gab keine Matratzenschoner, was im Hotel einfach hygienischer wäre.

"Gute Lage und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Salzwedel."

Sehr gute Lage für Aufenthalte in Salzwedel und Umgebung. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommunikation per SMS und telefonisch vorab und auch danach immer möglich. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Bett ist etwas zu weich. Ggfls. sollten die Matratzen mal ausgetauscht werden.
